Coffee production at Rancho Grande Farm started in 1933 when Mr. Aneite Reis inherited 5 hectares of crops. Today, it's run by his son, José Carlos Reis, and grandson, Flàvio Reis. Their mission is to produce the highest quality coffee possible, without neglecting the importance of protecting the environment, and caring for the well being of its employees. At every stage of lot production, from cultivation to harvesting and post harvest processing, they invested in static drying boxes to achieve a truly competitive coffee profile within the specialty market. -

San Francisco is a village in Huabal, Perú, a major coffee-growing region with over 50 farming families. Sitting between 1600 and 2000 meters above sea level, they mainly grow Caturra and Catimor varieties. Most farmers pick their coffee by hand, with help from family and neighbors, then process and dry it at home. The area's mix of mountains and varying climates - from humid, African-like soils to dry, hot spots - creates a diverse range of complex and tasty coffees. -

Our ceramic tableware, designed and handmade by the studio of Cecile*M in the heart of Lisbon, features earthy-toned pieces that highlight the vibrant colors of our food and drinks.
The uniforms for our team are made in Vale do Ave, Portugal, using organic cotton and locally sourced fabrics, ensuring a low carbon footprint by manufacturing everything in-house.
